3RD floor unit (40 STEPS UP) in older Pittsburgh multiplex with 1 dedicated parking space in the rear of the building. Private bedroom with a king bed. Additional queen sleeper sofa in living area 10 minute walk to UPMC Shadyside and CMU Short drive under 5 minutes *Carnegie Mellon *UPMC CHILDREN Public transportation on the corner as well as Pitt Shuttle If you love breakfast then make sure to take the 5 minute drive to Pamela’s Diner for the most amazing fruit filled pancakes & if you are in to savory try the Lyonaisse potatoes Short drive to our fave Mexican food at Las Palmas. Make sure to try the chicken quesadillas

Please note this is an older building and we have NO control in this area and though older it is functional. Coin Operated Laundry in Building Basement - Quarters for washing but you will need 35 cents for drying. *Doorbell Camera - Monitored by Vivint Security 24hrs *Noise monitoring device
